This property is accessible only by boat from Kuala Penyu Jetty. Scheduled speed boat transfers are included in the room rate, available at 10:30 AM and 3 PM on the check-in date, and 11:15 AM and 4 PM on the check-out date. Private boat transfers are available for MYR 257.55 per boat (1-way) or MYR 495.30 per boat (roundtrip). 5 Star Luxury hotel in Borneo
The Borneo Eagle is an exclusive five star hotel - newly launched. The staff are excellent, facilities good - the only issue we had was the plethora of sand flies which caused a lot of issues sitting outside. We talked to the Manager about this and understand a machine is being shipped to deal with this issue - also the beach on the offside of the hotel was covered with plastic bottles and rubbish, which should be cleared on a daily basis to support the high quality nature of the hotel.
