Apartment 40m² for 5 people, located in Tignes le Lac at the top of Lavachet (2100m) in a very calm residence at the foot of the slopes.
Residence secured with digicode.

This apartment is composed of a room with a large corner sofa convertible into a double bed system express bed great comfort. An independent bedroom with 3 beds: 1 bed in 140 x 190 and 1 single bunk bed.
Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, vitroceramic, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster ...), living room, flat screen TV, WIFI. 1 bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
Wood stove in the living room.

A lovely apartment close to the slopes
I recently stayed at this apartment in Tignes and had a great experience. The location is excellent, offering convenient access to the ski slopes and nearby amenities. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax. The kitchen was adequately equipped, allowing for easy meal preparation. The lounge had a small fireplace which was welcome in the evenings to add a bit of heat. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. My only slight criticism would be the beds, which were a bit too small for us. The fold-out in the lounge could probably do with a new mattress as it seemed to be sunk in the middle. Overall though, it was a delightful stay, and I would definitely consider returning for another ski holiday.

Fantastic experience, would return in a heartbeat
I spent 5 weeks in this apartment from the beginning of December into January and it was perfect. Charlotte and Marco are wonderful hosts and super friendly people generally. The apartment was well set up and I especially enjoyed the luxury of a separate bedroom. I can't think of anything that I needed that wasn't provided. The log fire was fantastic, and it was needed on the especially cold nights. Finally it was pretty much ski in ski out, just a few metres to the Paquis and Chaudannes lifts. I hope to be back

Wonderful and cosy apartment
We stayed 3 people for one week in this apartment which fully met our expectations. A cosy apartment with a wonderful view. We enjoyed the ski-in/ski-out and it was in short distance to grocery shopping. Marco was very helpful when the dishwasher needed to be fixed and supplied us with firewood to the fireplace that contributed to our cosy evenings. We can clearly recommend this apartment! Wonderful, homely and stylish apartment in a quiet area with direct ski access. Highly recommended!
We loved this apartment. It was recently renovated (though the bathroom is yet to be done), and has been done with style. Soft mood lighting, lots of wood effect, and a fabulous wood burner which gushed out heat and coziness. Kitchen well equipped. Sofa-bed in lounge was comfortable. Cozy bedroom has a bunk bed with double (queen size) bed below and single up top. There is a ski boot cupboard INSIDE the apartment! And it's on the back of the block with views up the mountainside, so it felt very private. It's a 10 minute walk or 2 minute bus ride to Tignes snowfront for the lifts, or you can ski from across the road down to two lifts.

Fantastic location pretty much ski in/ski out and very close to the bus stop, supermarket, bakery and a couple of excellent bars . The apartment was lovely plenty of space and the log burner made the it warm and cosy. Owners were very helpful even cleared the snow off the balcony and topped up the wood supply for the burner. No complaints.

Great apartment in a superb location.
We stayed at the apartment for one week during January. The location is perfect, ski in/out with a nursery slope and drag lift within a few metres and two main chair lifts just a very short ski away at the base of the nursery slope. Lavachet is quiet with a bakery, supermarket, and a handful of bars/restaurants. For more choice Lac is a short walk or just hop on the frequent bus service which also goes to Claret. The apartment was very well appointed, there were three adults in our group and we had plenty of space. Very cosy with the log burner in the evenings, and we had excellent communication from the owners. In summary - no complaints at all, and will be returning!

Fantastic Apartment right by the ski slopes
The apartment was really great. It looks lovely and worked well for us. There are unobstructed views of the mountains from the sitting room/ kitchen and you can see the Lavachet green piste from the window too. We were able to ski right from the front door going out and right back to the front door coming home, brilliant. Though if there wasn't quite as much snow you might have to walk a whole 20 metres to the piste :-) The owners were very helpful and quick to reply to our questions. There is a ski hire shop less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment that we pre hired our equipment from (Zato Sports - part of SkiSet) and a mini supermarket and boulangerie for great croissants and bread. The very discrete underground car park is also just around the corner from the apartment. The centre of Le Lac is just a short 5 to 10 minute walk across the green piste or you can get to it by going up the drag lift on the piste next to the apartment and then down the blue piste into Le Lac. Le Lac is where most of the lessons start from and where there are more restaurants and a swimming pool. We found Lavachet to be a great part of Tignes as it is quiet, but right next to all the facilities and so easy to get to the big lifts that we were able to explore the whole Tignes Espace Killy piste network. I'd really recommend this apartment and Tignes as a whole.

Amazing location, lovely property and very helpful and caring owners! All round a fab stay
myself, partner and son came and stayed for a week 30th December - 6th January. The communication from the moment we booked the apartment to the moment we left was fantastic from Charlotte and Marco and they made us feel very welcome. The apartment is lovely and the storage for all our clothes was great. The kitchen has all the utensils you need along with a dishwasher and a lovely coffee machine. We were very surprised by how warm the apartment was and that was without the log burner on. The log Burner was an added extra that we really enjoyed using. We skied to ski school every morning and skied home which was a real added bonus as our little one struggled to carry his skis. The bus stop to take you around is also just on the doorstep which takes you around for free and is very easy to use. We look forward to coming back and staying again as soon as we can. Thank you

The property was very well laid out & very well located next to the slopes.
Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young children) had a brilliant time staying that this lovely apartment. Everything that you could need for the stay was available, especially in the kitchen- pots, pans, tools etc. The location was good as we could head to the nearest slope just metres from the apartment. not only that, the view from the living area is breathtaking. Well recommended- Fantastic overall.

Joli appartement très cosy dans une super station !
Nous sommes ravi de notre séjour dans cet appartement. Le poêle à bois est un vrai plus pour se réchauffer après une bonne journée sur les pistes même si la température dans l’appartement ne nécessite pas forcément de faire un feu. L’emplacement est idéal avec un accès direct au domaine skiable et un arrêt de navette à quelques mètres. L’accès rapide a pied au centre de la station est également un plus. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander ce super logement !
