We rented the basic room and it didn’t have an AC Unit. The building is more on the older side so we decided to get the premium rooms since they stated they were remodeled and more comfortable, but it did not make a difference. We will continue to stick to City Express instead, since it is a newer hotel, cleaner and has an AC Unit.

This Hotel has so much Potential, yet its one of the worse I've stayed in. I upgraded my room to a Jr. Suite and even that one was awful. So hot with no AC. Doors and windows don't work properly. My Bath Tub had No curtain and water splashed all over the bathroom, and they only provided 1towel per person. I don't recommend this place at all. The only good thing here was breakfast.

This place was horrible. It was nothing like the picture said there was no AC. It was hot. We requested a fan. They said there wasn’t any some of the the staff was rude. Very dirty. I would never stay there again.

Great place, comfortable and spacious, nice view close to the beach nice pool. Staff didn’t give us our wrist bands and then when I asked for extra towels he never had them brought. The place was nice though.

Fuimos de Los Angeles y solo pasaríamos una noche, hicimos check in, la habitación olía mal, las ropa de cama la pusieron humeda, la televisión no encendido, y x último la persona k nos atendió en el estacionamiento nos tomo los datos del carro según el “x si se quebraba algún espejo,se pinchaba una llanta o encendía una luz” saber en k cuarto estábamos. Entregamos la llave y nos fuimos Definitivamente no lo recomiendo

Pillows were dirty. Rooms had no A/C had to request a fan and never got delivered.... No mini fridge was told they will take one to room and never received it as well. Parking was not the best. The security from parking place was unprofesional and creepy. If you are women and want to stay in a safe place would not recommend this hotel tbh..
