Nice,clean rooms, beautiful pool, soft music outside, Italian and Mexican, working area by the loby, chance to meet with lot of business people who stay in a hotel. Very nice staff-from the front desk to the cleaning service.

DOUBLE.CHARGED AT LUCENA HOTEL, Tijuana!!
The Lucerna hotel charged me double the amount that showed on my booking thru Hotels.com. The hotel took out a deposit for the stay which was fine as I was advised by Hotels.com this would be released up to 5.days after my stay. The hotel then took out another charge for my stay along with the two deposits and I have yet to.see a refund my stay was Oct. 11 check out Oct 13. I've reached out thru this app to get refund and Answers and I get no response!! Today is October 23 and still no refund. This hotel is a fraud and taking guests money from their booking thru anf Hotels might be too as they dont assist you with issues like this after your stay!

Unable to check in earlier when we have in the past without a problem so we had to get ready in the car the man who didn’t let us check in early was very rude So we ended up checking in at 7 pm or so so we didn’t really get no vip extras and the pillow on my side when I flipped it over it was disgusting I’m sorry please wash the sheets with bleach

Staff treats you like VIP everyone was nice and accommodating. Breakfast buffet in the hotel was delicious. Bar area also cool little spot to sit. Pool area was clean and quiet. Parking was so easy. Rooms were simple and clean. Having a balcony was a plus. Would definitely come back to stay.
