I recently stayed at Las Rocas Rosarito, and while the price was reasonable, there are several areas that need significant improvement. First, the upkeep of the premises leaves much to be desired. The parking lot, in particular, is in poor condition. There are large cracks and potholes that make it difficult to maneuver, and it gives the entire area an unwelcoming feel. It’s clear that maintenance has been put on the backburner. Additionally, the rooms are in dire need of remodeling. The furnishings and decor are outdated, and some fixtures were visibly worn or broken. which detracted from what could have been a more comfortable stay. That said, I will acknowledge that the price was reasonable for the area, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, unless updates are made to the property, I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you want a more polished and well-maintained environment. With some renovations and attention to detail, this hotel has the potential to be much better.

Las Rocas has a lot of potential.. beautiful oceanfront.. it needs some TLC in various areas. But it’s got Mexican charm. Staff is very friendly. Resort feels secluded/private/safe. I’ll definitely revisit hopefully they continue to upgrade and remodel . Still an inexpensive stay for a great view.
