Welcome to our comfortable and secure self-service apartments! You can easily book and pay for your stay online, and we'll ensure your personal access is arranged prior to your arrival. My co-hosts and I are always available to provide tips and recommendations for the best bars and restaurants in the area.

Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM, and for any emergencies, we're on call 24/7. While we are not a hotel, we offer comfortable self-service accommodations with international guest support, always ready to assist. Nearby, you'll find an excellent variety of (delivery) restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to enhance your stay.

Known as the Dwaalgebied, this area is perfect for exploring, with a delightful mix of trendy shops, design boutiques, and cozy cafés. Beyond this lies the main shopping district, offering a compact yet versatile space for a perfect day of shopping.

Cross the tracks to the vibrant Spoorzone, a hotspot filled with great places to enjoy a drink or meal. A short walk further leads to a beautiful city park, ideal for a relaxing walk or time spent surrounded by greenery.

If you're attending a concert at Poppodium 013 or an event in the Spoorzone, you’ll be happy to know everything is just a short walk away!

The studio is located on the first floor of a monumental building dating back to 1931. This historic structure was designed by renowned architect C.M.B. (Casper) van den Beld, who was responsible for many significant buildings in Tilburg and won a competition organized by Heineken to design a new hotel at the time.

The building’s rich history is highlighted by stunning stained-glass windows in the staircase, depicting various modes of transportation through the years and featuring the coats of arms of Brabant, Tilburg, and the Netherlands. These artistic details add to the building’s unique historical charm.

Designed in the influential "De Stijl" movement, the architecture is characterized by clean lines and the use of primary colors like red, blue, and yellow, making your stay in this building truly special.

This apartment welcomes you with elegant herringbone floors and high ceilings, creating a warm, homely atmosphere from the moment you step inside. The minimalist and modern interior provides a peaceful retreat, whether you're unwinding after a busy workday or escaping the city's hustle. With ample space for your luggage, it's perfect for an extended stay.

Open the French doors to one of the balconies and soak in the vibrant city life, or refresh yourself in the brand-new bathroom with a relaxing shower.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a great cup of coffee or breakfast to kick-start your day. While Tilburg boasts many delightful cafés, I highly recommend venturing out to discover them for yourself!

Our studio is perfectly situated for those looking to make the most of Tilburg and its surroundings! Just a short walk away, you'll find plenty of fun activities, including laser tag, go-karting, escape rooms, indoor mini-golf, bowling, and a cozy cinema. Music enthusiasts can catch performances at Poppodium 013, while the city park is ideal for a relaxing stroll. For something unique, visit Doloris for a maze experience, or head to the picturesque Pius Haven to rent a boat or try paddleboarding.

A 15-minute drive brings you to top attractions like the Efteling, Safaripark Beekse Bergen, LaTrappe Brewery, and the stunning Drunense Duinen, perfect for a day trip.

With the station nearby, you can reach Amsterdam in 60 minutes, Rotterdam in 35 minutes, and Eindhoven in just 20 minutes. Tilburg University is also easily accessible by train or bus in just 5 minutes. And of course, cycling is always a quick, typically Dutch option!
