Cleaner started cleaning next door at 8.30. Loud and unfair to guests staying more than 1 night. Lady receptionist not friendly. She didn't even say thank for staying. We had to ask for cooking equipment, it felt like it was a big bother for them. Wind whipped through the shutters so was cold.

Lovey clean large rooms with a very convenient location right next door to the local pub with dining options. We were there to see the dolpins and was given good local information of what to do. The host was very accomodating with a guest who had an elderly parent and gladly upgraded the room to be more convienent to the car park. All in all, would highly recomend this as a place to base yourself to explore the surrounds of Tin Can Bay and Rainbow Beach.

Very nice rooms which was well appointed and clean. It was walkable to the pub which provided a nice option for dinner. For the price it was very good. Not too far from Rainbow Beach and other local attractions.
