The worse customers service I have ever experienced. We travel a lot and take flights and everything and I have been treated better by airport security. We had two service animals with the proper documentation and the guy stated that it was not accurate. These are the same documents I have used to stay in other hotels and to take them on flights and have never had an issue. I asked him for an example of what their hotel needed and he never answered my question but instead he belittled me. The front desk staff are super rude and I recommend staying anywhere but here. Then with the same documents I stayed in a hotel down the road. The cleanliness was also poor. The worse part is when I tried to get my refund, they refused to give it to me even though they denied my stay because of my service animals. I am currently going up the latter to try and get my full refund. This is by far my worse experience

Great stay
A good choice for an overnight stay Good service at check in. Prompt, efficient and friendly. Room was great, good linens, good bed and sufficient breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

The room and bathroom were clean but a little dated, but the rate for the night was great only $82 plus a free breakfast. I would stay there again.

Thank you for a very comfortable stay. The hotel was within 5 minutes of my event and close to restaurants and stores. I appreciated the walking trail around the pond, the mini fridge and microwave were perfect for small meals in the evening and I also liked using the treadmill in the fitness area one evening. The pool was small but I also appreciated swimming one night. Thank you for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay!
