The rooms had a mildew smell. The toilet were made for children and not adults. As a 62 year old individual it was very hard sitting that low and trying to rise off it. The staff when I arrived was not at the desk I had to wait 10 minutes before someone showed up to help and then I felt she charged me an extra $100 on my card because of my skin tone. She firsted stated $50 and looked up at me and said I mean $100. Finally no one came to clean our room on Saturday. So we had no fresh towels.. when inquired the staff said since Covid they cleaned only 3 days, her words all the hotel are doing it. A lie. I’m a traveler and other hotels do not. The rooms are old and need to be redone. The air barely worked. I was not satisfied!

Staff was great. Rooms were clean. Hotel was well kept. My only suggestion would be to have furniture/carpet in the rooms professionally cleaned. The red cloth chair had stains on the cushion. The carpet also had some stained spots. Bathrooms and everything else was cleaned very well. Common areas were very tidy. I would stay here again.

Missing toilet paper roll. Dirty toilet. AC unit cover was laying on the floor. They refused to bring more food out for the continental breakfast even though there was over 30 mins left. Garbage was over flowing next to the breakfast area and an employee walked right by it and decided to make himself a waffle instead of taking it out. Just a below par hotel, especially for $300 a night. Go elsewhere

The first suite we were given was unacceptable. There was a sliding door missing to the closet and the second door was hanging off the track. The upholstered chair has stains all over the arms. The door to the room wouldn't close unless you lifted it up and then shut it hard. The message light on the phone kept blinking (the whole four days) and they did not know how to fix it. The globe was missing from the table lamp. Ugh! And when we registered we had to pay a $50 fee which would be retuned if there were no damages to the room!!! We were given another room which was acceptable, but what a hassle! The food in the dining area was awful: the fake eggs and sausages too salty, the english muffins hard as a rock, the fruit was over ripe - almost rotten. But the coffee was excellent and plentiful.

Honestly, I was stunned with how repulsive this "hotel" was. It had decent reviews and I was coming in one night for a wake so I figured it would be fine. I always say you can tell how clean a place is by the carpets in the common areas, and they were disgusting. My room was whatever, but you better believe I wiped everything down. Then when I went to check the toilet, the seat was literally hanging on by a thread. Which to me means either it hadn't been cleaned since the last person? or the cleaning staff are too lazy to report something so important to maintenance? I did let the person at the front desk know in the morning who was completely unbothered and offered no apologies. There was also a lot of noise in evening going into later hours and then up bright and early. Overall a truly AWFUL experience.

We stayed in two separate rooms, my husbands and I room had mold in the shower and the room smelt of mold. My children’s room and ours was extremely dirty. Their room had no tv signal, the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work, and there was a half eaten cough drop stuck on the pull out beds sheets. Both rooms had foul orders as well. I will never return to this establishment, we expected more for the price we paid for our stay.

We've stayed at this location several times and like it because it is convenient to many restaurants and shopping choices. The property is clean and well-kept. Unfortunately, the property was sold out during our stay due to wedding attendees. A family occupied the room next to ours with young children who were not exactly sensitive to other guests staying there. But that's the gamble you take when you book a hotel, but we survived!

The staff was friendly. The hotel is in a good location and quiet. The beds are super comfy and breakfast is good. However, I’m giving this hotel a 3. Housekeeping came on the fifth day even though they were supposed to come every 3 days. There was a spider in the corner of the ceiling in the bathroom and a beetle came crawling into the bathroom the last night we were there. The whole room smelled very strongly of mold/mildew and there was mold at the top of the shower. Probably because there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Nothing mentioned above bothered besides the smell and mold. And the super dirty bathroom floor.
