The stay was great. I booked for my son birthday because he wanted to go swimming. For starters, when we arrived they put us on the 1st floor which wasn’t a problem it’s just the room we were in it was a little boy telling us we had the wrong room when it was the right room. I believe it was one of the housekeepers child due to them cleaning the room next to the one we were supposed to have. I notified the front desk and they put us in another room up stairs which was fine. They only thing I didn’t like was I was constantly reminded that I couldn’t have a party because they saw me with cake and other items after I already told them it’s just me and my son. Hours later I order a big box of pizza from pizza hut and after it was delivered I got a call from the front desk reminding me again to not have a party when I just told them I’m ordering food for me and my son. That threw me off but other than that the location and building was nice

Could not sleep during my stay. The property has a “quiet time” policy from 10pm-7am. We’ve had to call & complainto the front desk multiple times due to loud noises, yelling, running, and seemed like a bouncing ball. Keep in mind, my family and I drove 8 hours to get a good nights rest yet, we had to experience what seemed like a party outside of our door. The front desk was very dismissive of the behavior stating, “well, they just left a wedding”. I had to reiterate THEIR policy that I had to sign before receiving my room key. Nothing was done about it. It was 1:30am and the noise continued. My children were awaken out of their sleep due to this. If I could request a refund or something for this horrible experience, that would be GREAT.

Hotel staff was very nice well expect the Manager Jovona which seem to have an attitude when we told her about what was found in our room. Also the overall hotel was very nice just had an issue and concern about our room not being sanitize properly by housekeeping. Cause there was an open condom wrapper on the side of our bed that definitely didn’t belong to me and my Fiancé.

The stay was good. The room was adequate for my trip, the bathroom could have been a little cleaner (there was hair in the shower and sink). And the cabinet the refrigerator was in has seen better days. Overall it was decent for what I needed and the staff was super friendly.
