The space
This private cabin set beside fields of dreams make this the perfect spot to get away over 20 acres to explore, hike, bike or bring your dog and just hang out by the campfire where we can create a customized experience for you and your loved ones. This unique property is one that you can enjoy wildlife, from the howls of coyotes in the distance to deer, turkey and a few lumbering Labradors.
If food fare is your thing, the infamous Silverado’s is only 2 miles away and there is also an abundance of foody places in Humboldt, which made the New York Times top destinations in 2022. Humboldt with its rural living and becoming an unexpected and affordable oasis - surrounded by fields of wheat and soybeans. Fresh new shops, community gardens and co-working spaces, with a boutique hotel, a honky-tonk bar and a bookstore all in the works. Outdoor movies are screened on the town square, and the whole town participates in an annual water fight. Outdoor enthusiasts can hike or cycle a 60-mile trail to nearby Lawrence and the University of Kansas. These elevated experiences will draw both locals and tourists to the glories of the Great Plains .
Other things to note
You are welcome to any food or drinks in the house . Feel free to cook . Enjoy Netflix and on us use the guest Icon. There is Popcorn in the pantry. We have Menus from our favorite places to eat by the door. There is a Queen Size blow up mattress and extra bedding in the closet in the bedroom if needed. Complimentary Toothpaste soap ect. if you forgot anything . I am just a text away if you need anything 💕 Enjoy your stay.
