Worst ever experience, I missed to read the reviews before booking and faced the consequences.
I see few other reviewers also complaining about door RFID card not working, this is what exactly happened to me in the night travelling with kids.
Lady at the lobby was in rush and did not tell me directions clearly, with some struggle I found the room.
Carried all my luggage upstairs and to my surprise RFID did not work. Corridor walls had full of webs and looked like it was not cleaned for months. I called front desk and they sent a person, he managed to open the door using physical keys after some struggle and ended up stucking the key in the door itself. We entered the room to use washroom and could clearly see layer of dust on bath tub. Looked like this room(247) was not used for weeks or months or not at all cleaned. At this moment I lost my patience and could not control my outburst.
After sometime they sent another person who tried to control the situation and offered me a better room(206) and helped me moving the luggage to that room. New room was ok but could clearly see layer of dust on the floor. These people tried to give a dirty vintage room and when a made a scene they offered a better room. I didn't expect much but only smooth check-in and a clean room. Huge problem with cleanliness and check in process at this property. I have stayed in five different hotels during my vacation including another quality-in but this was my worst experience.
