Rude people at the front desk, urine smelling room
The people at the front desk are extremely rude, unhappy, and with no patience. They gave me a urine smelling room asked for another room and they changed it but without saying a word! Rude! The beds in the second room were old, you could feel the mattress Springs. They have a shuttle bus, I told them that I need to go to the airport using that service and one of the man at the front desk told me the bus will be outside. But when the time came I went outside and the bus was not there. I asked and they told me that the bus is there every 1 hour! Why they didn’t say that at the beginning!!! After that they said “you can use the taxi that is outside” but the taxi only takes cash. I went inside again and asked if they could call a taxi that takes cards. They made only one call and told me “there is no taxi that works with cards, only cash, use Uber”. That is not true, I went to Panama 10 times before, and every time I paid the taxi with my Visa. The last 3 times in this hotel were a bad experience The man that works at the computer on the right corner is the worse, rude, rude, rude!

Beautiful pool, clean room, easy access from the airport. Unfortunately they do start loud music around the pool fairly early in the morning which means no sleeping in for light sleepers. I recommend the front desk equip themselves with more amenities for those travellers who arrive late after the shop has closed and may be in need of basics. Overall nice place, I would return.

Liked that there was security on site. Our room key did not work everyday and we had to walk back to the receptionist several times throughout the day. The bathroom was not cleaned daily and toiletries were not refilled daily. The shower drain was clogged. Despite all of this, the bed was spread, the receptionists were helpful with resetting the room key as needed and we had a noisy neighbor, but had no issues with getting the room switched. Beautiful pool area. We appreciated that the bell man waited for us to check in to carry our bags to the room.
