If you are looking for a 70's style hotel get away, and feel nostalgic then this is the place to be, from top to bottom it was an amazing experience with all the details and added touches, it was just perfect. We sure will be back. The only thing we noticed was the full trash cans outside and that they have not been emptied during our stay and people started to drop garbage around the property.

A little vacation at the sea. Zed Hotel has everything you need. The staff is super! Friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful. The food is excellent with serving staff again knowledgeable, also funny, and engaging. Only problem we experienced was the hot tub was out of service.

We had a very relaxing stay at Hotel Zed. It's a small resort with a number of amenities, including a restaurant, hot tub, a games room (including a *hidden* arcade, a playground "for all ages", and a rental shop for bikes and surfing. Our room was super clean, no issues. The hotel staff were very helpful, very kind, and definitely had a client-first attitude. In particular the assistant manager (i forget his name) and hotel manager (Matt), who helped us out when our car battery died and he even gave me a lift to get the hardware store in town to get a spare battery for car keys. The property is a few minutes away from town, so a car or a bicycle is needed to get to "downtown" Tofino.

The aesthetic is really cool and they've obviously put a lot of thought into the details. I appreciated the helpful staff, and the location. The rooms and decor felt premium as well.

Awesome Retro Hotel in a Natural Paradise
This hotel was a great surprise in a fantastic location just outside Tofino town, lots is character and an awesome cocktail bar and pit with a superb restaurant. Staff were welcoming and lots of fun. Love the retro theme. And all on one of the best nature reserves in BC. This is a return to hotel for sure

Amazing location. The staff are SO friendly. The hotel itself is awesome. So many extra features for comfort and enjoyment. They really thought of everything here and are so accommodating. Will definitely stay again on our next visit!

Property is looks new annf definitely funky in its decor and is modern. But, it is located a bit out the main area of Tofino. Check in was quick. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thank you to Wes at front desk and Brock (the kiwi), the maintenance guy. Brock helped us switch out a tire on our vehicle. Thank you very much Brock for getting our suv to be able to safely drive to Nanaimo.

Family-friendly, vintage, dynamic and fun. Filled with surprises in the rainforest as well. Staff are professional and busy with dealing with the peak. Blinds are dusty.
