Staff were fantastic, but the room itself was pretty gross. Large, white stains all over the chair in our room. Just generally not very clean in the room (along the wall next to our bed). There are other hotels nearby that are the same cost and are much cleaner; we should have stayed in those hotels again when we returned to Tokyo at the end of our trip.

Clean and location is perfect. There are many train stations surrounding the hotel which makes it easy to go anywhere around Tokyo by train.

Nice hotel with clean and modern rooms, but very small. There’s a double bed, and only about 2 feet of space around it. Just one “slow” elevator for a 15-story building also makes it hard to get in and out of your room.

Great location but too tight to stay
I spent few weeks in Japan for for my vacation and stayed at different hotels in various cities. I know rooms of hotels in Japan are generally very small, but I don't expect it was so small and the layout is so terrible. Even worse, it doesn't provide any laundry service or self-service laundry machine. However, the location is very convenient, that's the best part of it.

Check in process was interesting no flexibility with early check in. Place is extremely small the rooms are literally like closets. Breakfast was horrible. I don’t think they even used real eggs. I’ll never stay here again. I’ll pay extra to stay at a decent hotel.

This hotel was very convenient. You can take the keisei express arrive pretty much at the hotel front door. The staff were friendly during check in and whenever we left for the day. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Rooms are on the smaller side as expected in Tokyo, but if you pack a lot of luggage then it would be hard to move around freely in the room.

I’ve stayed here twice and the staff is always nice and friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. I love the area around the hotel and it’s just great I’d gladly stay here again :)
