The rooms are small but that's too be expected in Tokyo. The amazing Onsen is definitely worthwhile and the proximity to transit makes this APA property a great place to stay.

The restuarants, public bath/spa, and other amnities were fantastic. The rooms are very much compact but offer everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is great for getting aroudn with the JR rails and there are some great small places nearby to get good food.

Location was great for us. Near se real stations. Walkable to asakusa, sensoji temple, sky tree, sumida river. Easy train ride to akihabara, shijuku, Shibuya! Comfy beds. Excellent public bath which we enjoyed each night. Staff were helpful. Lover the 24 hour Lawson, and the lounge area on the 2nd floor. Lots of laundry machines available. Would stay here again.

We stayed here at the beginning of our trip for one night and at the end for 3 nights. The first room, a twin, was very small but was less than $100 Canadian. The last 3 night we booked a larger corner twin room that was very comfortable. The hotel was in a great area, lots of different train options, jr line to shinjuku that made acres to main tourist areas easy to get to. A 30 min walk to asakusa and sensoji temple. Sky tree was walkable to as well. Near the sumida river.around the corner from the sumo dojo and next to Edo museum. We loved the large public bath. We’d stay again for sure!

The hotel is quite beautifully furnished and makes you feel like you're staying somewhere super fancy. Our room was quite small, however it was well appointed with all the features we needed. The bed was super comfy, however the pillows were not the best (not the traditional big fluffy ones we were used to). The elevators were on the slow side, because there were lots of people coming and going (I would imagine) so would recommend allowing time for this. The pool has a spectacular view and has an open ceiling so you can see the sky when your relaxing in the pool too, a nice spot to relax after a day exploring the city. The ice machine makes great big ice cubes which I loved and kept our drinks cold for ages which was great on the hot summer days. The hotel is located right near what we called "food street" and it had an abundance of food options to choose from. If you don't feel like going out, we didn't dine in the restaurant, however there is a Lawson's (convenience store) in the hotel so you don't really need to leave if you don't want to, there are lots of snacks and food options available. The robes are super comfy & I wore it often (as did lots of other guests that we saw around the hotel). The staff were very helpful and prompt which is fantastic, especially when you don't speak the language. Overall it was a great holiday stay and would stay here again and absolutely recommend to others.

Very close to both JR Ryogoku Station and a few mins walk to the local subwag Ryogoku station. The fridge does not work despite turning it on. They have lots of washers & dryers but it can get busy.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Tokyo and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, the location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the subway and other transportation options. I also appreciated the diverse dining options in the area, including some great Western and Italian restaurants. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Sumida River and the famous Tokyo Skytree tower made for some amazing views and scenic walks. However, the elevator was quite slow and often busy, which was a bit frustrating at times. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its location and amenities, but with the caveat that you may need to plan ahead for elevator usage.

Esta hubicado en una zona de museos, atras del hotel esta el museo EDO, unas cuadras el museo Hokusai, el museo y el estadio de zumo, a 5 minutos esta la wstacion de metro de Ryogoku, la estacion del JR, tienes onzen en el sotano, con 2 albercas a diferente temperatura, y pilas con hidromasage. Muy recomendable, la habitacion son pequeñas aun reseevando la mas grande, tiene alberca techada en el ultimo piso y un retaurante con vistas a la ciudad, el desayuno es muy bueno y economico.

The hotel has great staff and service but for some reason does not provide AC in the hallways on the floors of guest rooms. The poor staff need to work in excrutiating humidity all day doing manual labour. I'm sweating the second I leave my room into the hallway so I can only imagine how tough it is for the cleaning staff. A literal sweat shop.

They are promoting to use be energy saving hotels to the earth environment, however making the room smaller, and saving the air condition cost in the hallway under 36 degree C hot weather, which really it nonsense and not breathable while waiting for the lift! (especially they are using stupid way of lower/upper level lift, which is waiting forever)
