All the APA hotels are almost the same. I like the consistency so you fully know what to expect. The bad thing is that the room is probably tiniest in all the Japanese hotels I've been in. But with the very affordable price, I cannot complain on it too much. The room is clean and the staff are nice. The check-in/check-out procedure is efficient. The only real complaint is that there is only one laundry machine. Finding an available slot is hard

Location is the main advantage. If you fly in from Narita, the airport limousine bus stops right beside at the Kabukicho tower, saving you the hassle of hauling luggage. Room size is very small, typical of some Tokyo hotels.
