Al hacer check in No estaba registrada mi reserva, la chica que me atendió nada amable y tardo mucho y ya pude capturar mis datos, al resto de la familia lo atendió un hombre y les resolvió y ayudo muy rápido y tenia en resguardo mi maleta y no me la quería entregar la chica hasta que pefi ayuda a los hombre y rápido me la entrego. No limpiaban bien las habitaciones solo 1 día dejaron cafe, te, azúcar La habitación increiblemente pequeña, no tiene closet y no hay espacio para 2 maletas. El spa el lo único bueno y limpio del hotel

Compact rooms but convenient location
Check in process was a bit confusing as they relied on a computer for self check in process. Room was comfortably compact. Hard to maneuver around if you have multiple suitcases, especially larger ones. Definitely recommend getting a larger deluxe room. They had a buffet and convenience store right downstairs, and it was a short walk to nearby Shiomi JR station and the Keiyo line which takes you straight to Tokyo terminal, and Tokyo Disney! Super convenient and overall great stay.

If you want to stay close enough to Tokyo without having to deal with the hussle and bussle of the city, this property has you covered! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Koutou-ku's APA hotel. We booked a triple room because i was travelling with my 2 teenage sons. Unfortunately the room barely fit 3 beds so there was no space between each bed. The only floor space was used by our suitcases so it was very cramped and uncomfortable.

The room and bath is small but comfortable. The location is perfect. The train is a short walk with a grocery store, convenience stores and a few restaurants nearby. Transportation is very close, a short train ride to Disney and other key places. Coming back after a long day to this quiet location was great.

Nice enough hotel, however my whole experience was ruined due to terrible room allocation. I was placed in a room/floor absolutely surrounded by school students who were incredibly loud and annoying, running and stomping through the hallways, knocking on each others doors for hours on end. I was woken up at 5am by multiple alarms that rang and vibrated for several minutes. After 30 minutes of trying to ignore it I called reception and politely requested they address it. Nothing was done, if anything it then got worse for the next 30 minutes. All of these issues could have been avoided by just a little bit more thought and organisation of rooms. Incredibly disappointing, especially considering the home screen on the TV had looping videos of showing respect and being considerate while visiting Japan.
