The bed is so old. The middle sinks so low and some springs stick out so much. It is well worn out mattress. The shower wall has black mold and bidet wand has so much brown spot.

I’ve always had very good experiences at APA, until I stayed at this hotel. One of the most important things for human health is sleep, and a good bed is a foundation of good sleep. My bed was so soft in the middle that I could barely sleep at night after the jet lag and already being sleep-deprived from a long flight. To the hotel’s credit, the staff was extremely quick to respond, came over and flipped the bed which was a good temporary solution, and I am very grateful to the staff’s diligence. Japanese work ethic never ceases to amaze me! I hope the management addresses these basic issues and fixes their beds, which is one of the fundamental elements of a good hotel.

I came to visit the hospital which is very close, I ended up needing to stay at the hospital. The staff arranged to have my bag sent to me there. They were Very friendly and helpful. This is a great value for money, the room was very clean and comfortable. It is very close to the ginza district and to the subway. I stay here frequently and am always satisfied.
