Literally avoid this hotel at all costs. There was literal blood in the showers, most of the guests were American and of course, they're very loud obnoxious and selfish. In the capsule room they were walkinf with shoes on, speakinf loudly at 7am and so on.
I feel bad for the manager working because she did her best but what can you do with selfish tourists?
This place is below standard in every way possible, but what the other reviews won’t tell you are how incredibly incompetent and rude the staff who work here are. A man today at the front desk at 11:15am yelled at me for their late fee which I knew they had so I responded “Hai” or in English yes and he had the audacity to stand in front of me ask continuously barrade me even though I agreed to pay what is chump change in USD arguing over 500 yen again is 3 USD LIKE literally get fired man you are my biggest problem and annoyance with the shittest people from Tokyo
