Convenient location, amazing view from our 20th floor window and comfortable bed. Check in and out process all automated and easy and fresh towels daily. Stayed 4 nights and even though the room was small there was plenty of space to hang/store stuff

Great location...5 min uber from the station, 15 walk by foot...did both. Checking in was mayhem...not enough staff, big line, automated process auto check in, my reservations could not be found but eventually got help. My son and I each had our own room, thank goodness for that bc room well equipped but only comfortable for ONE person. Double bed comfy. Very quiet. The BEST of the hotel is their sauna..amazing. The hotel give you comfy traditional robes and shoe wear and daily towels. I was annoyed that they charged me 4000 yens bc I thought check at was at 11. We checked out at 10:30 and management did not budge. They argued that time was on tv screen which annoyingly never shuts off but this supposed reminder is in JAPANESE. Area around hotel very vibrant. Local market two doors down to buy coffee and water and I used market's ATM. Their restaurant coffee not great.

AVOID at all cost. Worst hotel Ive ever stayed. Had a bite the second night which I suspected was bed bugs. They switched me to another room, which had blood stains and hair in my bed and the hotel staff just kept saying sorry, but they wouldn’t refund me so that I can escape this nightmare to another hotel. Such a dirty hotel located in the worst area of Tokyo, the red light. Please follow my advice and avoid this hotel. Purely terrible!!
