Great location and excellent staff! This was a wonderful home base in Tokyo-- close to the subway, safe, clean, and a beautiful room. The breakfast buffet was great and we had great meals each and every time we dined in-house. One of our favorite hotels in Tokyo!

The staff were very helpful as our flight was delayed getting there and ended up checking in at midnight. Staff was able to recommend great ramen place which opened til 4am!! Location also very convenient for shopping and getting around using the metro. The staff were good in providing directions to places we wanted to visit (ie: restaurants, shopping....). The 3 restaurants at the hotel were very nice. We tried only 2, ramen and sushi, and both were excellent!! We didn't get to try the beef place as lunch was only available Fri, Sat and Sun.

I specifically chose this Courtyard-Marriott Hotel because I am a member of the Marriott Chain and I was under the understanding that no matter how the booking was made, that I would get my rewards points. I was totally disappointed to have learned when I checked out that this was not the case and that because I went thru expedia I would not receive membership points. Yet, when I arrived and checked in at the Hotel, I gave my membership number and they checked it properly and i was not told that I would not receive any credit reward points. So, staying in this highly expensive hotel for the value, considering that there were other much nicer and lower priced accommodations, i consider it to be a bad choice and one which I will not repeat during my next travels to Tokyo. I hope you share this note with other so all can be alert of this total misalignment and what I consider to be a deceitful practice. If I won't received rewards points, then tell the clients up front before the reservation is made, so other options can be considered.
