Good location. But we felt their quilt covers were not clean. It should be said that it is not quilt cover, they use a beds cover as a quilt cover. The pillow is very hard and uneven. Fortunately, we only stayed one night.

This was my first stay at Ginza International Hotel, the area is very convenient with many shopping and dining options around. Also, it's walking distance to Ginza Shimbaishi station.

No prior warning that construction in the hotel would be happening. Super noisy starting at like 10/11am and continued to be noisy until about midnight. Due to the construction we couldn’t use the laundry facilities which was hindering. Bed was really really firm as were the pillows. Room was spacious which was a huge plus. Bathroom was good as well.

They promote scam massage therapist
They promote a massage therapist that I paid for 70 minutes, she did 45 minutes, told me she did all of it, took my money and left. I went downstairs and complained, because I had a phone call to mark the time. They called her and she said I was a few minutes late, that’s why. I asked why she lied and didn’t explain up front and she hung up. I asked for management to contact me, they never did.

Old and need an upgrade
Hotel needs a makeover. Many items seem old. Bed headstand seems to be a relic from the 90s. Internet connection was spotty and youtube streaming did not work well. Still using physical keys to a door - should switch to card.
