Great value for money is never going to be a Tokyo forté, but this place broke new ground. Very small rooms, with washbasin in the room itself right adjacent to the bed. Speaking of the bed, it was acceptable but not what one would call "comfortable". Air Con could easily be used to dehydrate fruit. Awkward double elevator system with lobby on the 18th floor. Restaurant and bar functional hut neither are places you'd want to spend extended periods of time. But a great location and great views from the room, and perhaps this is what you pay for. All in all though, I think you could easily do better for the money.

Amazing views from the 18th floor lobby. Also super fun bar and music / street type bars on bottom floor of building that were so fun. We were a large group and it was a great option for us to be in the middle of shinjuku to walk and choose your own adventure! Staff waa incredible and so helpful with information and logistics! We want to come back!

The staff at Hotel Groove were very helpful and accommodating. The room was quiet and comfortable. There was an ample supply of amenities in the room as well. Hotel location was perfect for walking and sightseeing!

In the heart of Shinjuku, making it accessible to traveling in other parts of Tokyo due to proximity to the train station. Taxi stands on one side of the hotel, so easy if you have a lot luggage to haul back to the airport. Tons of dining options. You can find 24 hour Ramen places nearby and of course, 7/11 for all your midnight cravings. They have an excellent Starbucks at the ground level. Staff during check in was helpful and very polite. The place was very clean and the futons were comfy. Hotel Grove boasts an incredible view of Shinjuku Skyline.

This hotel is just right above the limo bus station. It is very convenient for travelers with lots of checked-in luggage. I used Narita Express before but it was hard to ride with lots of big luggage due to staircases up and down to the train platform. The hotel's location is right in the Shinjuku district. There are lots of dining, shopping, transportation and entertainment options nearby.

This property was outstanding. The staff were friendly and had great English. Transportation was very convenient, and there was so much to do in the area. The bed was also phenomenal. The only downside is having to transfer elevators to get to the floors for the rooms, but it wasn't a huge inconvenience.
