Right in the heart of kabuchiko. Centrally located to everything in shinjuku and excellent security and staff going above and beyond to help you. Awesome hotel with views of the city. Recommend getting two rooms since they are a little compact

This hotel was so unique and cool! There are movie theatre on one floor, gachapon/claw machines on another and honestly, some of the best views of the city scape both during the day and especially at night. Our room was cleaned regularly and we always came back to new, replenished waters. Shinjuku is extremely lively at night, so if you’re into that, then this is the hotel for you. Tons of eateries within walking distance of the hotel, but some restaurants charge cover fees where you’re required to spend over a certain amount on a drink (just a heads up). The staff were all so kind and incredibly helpful as well. Overall, we loved our stay at Hotel Groove Shinjuku! It was a very lively hotel to stay at with next to no sound heard from the outside!

Clean, comfortable and stylish hotel with amazing views of the city and located in the heart of the lively Kabukicho district. Rooms are on the small side and do not have closets, but this is common in Tokyo hotels. Highly recommend Hotel Groove.

The property was in a great location and close walking distance to a lot of restaurants and activities. There was a lot of amenities and the rooms were well well decorated and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

It was fine no problems. This is an unusually tall building of nearly 40 floors, so you will probably get a good view over the city from your room. I did not hear any neighbors, although I did get some street noise from below, such as ambulance sirens. In addition to the hotel restaurant, there is a Starbucks on the ground floor and a ramen food court on the second floor.

We chose to stay at this hotel for our two week vacation in Shinjuku! We are very satisfied. The staff treated us with much care, and were quick to help us with any questions we had. Throughout our trip, we asked for hot towels and waters sent to our room, and a robot delivered them in less than 10 minutes. We also tried the Jam 17 Dining..the food was delicious and very unique! They had interesting dishes; for example, we tried the cold pasta with snow crab and seasonal fruit. It was very refreshing and we have never tasted anything like it! The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it was located near many restaurants and convenience stores. I recommend trying Shogun Wagyu Burgers.. it is located right next to the hotel lobby, they serve delicious burgers! All in all, we enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely come back!

The views were amazing. Although the area is in the red light district so there’s always people out and about no matter the time. A lot of drunk people around that would leave trash in the streets.

This hotel is AWESOME. The lobby is on the 18th floor of the building and all hotel rooms are above that, which means you’ll have a great view no matter what. Would recommend splurging and getting the executive room with all the windows.

This property was in the perfect location for dinning options, entertainment for adults and children, shopping and walking distance to the train stations. I was given the best service from arrival to the hotel, to departure. Everyone was soo kind. Beautiful view when waking up in the morning. And my son loved the robes! I loved all the artists on the walls in addition to the selection of music playing! Thank you for an incredible stay! We will be returning!
