They don’t provide that to, or any other communities, we would have to buy toothbrush, towels. Anything you might need. Bathrooms are on the every floor. But shower area is common on fifth floor.

You get what you pay for. But for another ten bucks you can get a much better capsule in a more interesting part of the city. Not to say that Iriya isn’t interesting in its own way but if you’re here for a short time look for a better place.

とてもきれいだった
入谷駅から多少歩きますが、静かでとてもきれいでした。受付の方も丁寧で親切でした。 周囲は食事するところは無い(もしくは早く閉まる)ので、駅まで戻るもしくは買って行って5Fのフリースペースで食べることができます。枕にもう少し厚みがあると良かったです。また機会があれば行きたいと思います。

受付の人がとても親切でした！ 私が1人で4歳、2歳の子供と多めの荷物を持ってたら部屋まで一緒に運んでくれました！ とても感謝してますm(*_ _)m 連れが遅れて来た時も、丁寧に案内してくれたみたいで有難かったです！ また近く行く時は利用したいです！

滞在中に一点だけ許せない事がありました。確かに割り箸を用意していない自分が悪いとは思うが、フロントスタッフの男性に割り箸を購入したいと思い割り箸の用意はないのか？と聞いたところ普通なら対応はしないのだと嫌味を言った上で一本の割り箸をフロントからの取り出して渡して来た。ここで差し戻して揉めても良いと思ったのですが、ここの宿の若い女性スタッフはとても接客も良く、良い印象を持っていたので敢えて箸を受け取りありがとうと伝えたが、返事もせず客商売としては最低最悪の対応をするおっさんだと思いました。 まともなホテルやまともな客商売を経験していない典型的なクズだと感じました。いままで一流ホテルからホステルやゲストハウスにも宿泊をしていますが、全身刺青入れたチンピラに施設管理をさせて深夜に客と揉めて警察に通報した西新宿のゲストハウス以上にこのおっさんは、真面目そうに見える分タチが悪いと思いましたが、他のスタッフが可哀想なのでこの人がオーナー出ない事を祈ります。 あと最後に一言だけ言わせて頂きます。客商売を軽く考えていたり礼節すらないスタッフがいるとこうした情報が書かれると言う現実を良く認識される事をオススメします。
