We had a wonderful time staying here with our family of 3. We would absolutely stay here again! Location - super convenient to get to and from Narita airport on the Keisei Skyliner. Walking to shopping, food. and major train lines. Service - the staff were very friendly and helped us with filling out the forms to forward our luggage onto Osaka at the end of our stay in Tokyo. Onsen - the onsen on the top floor was so clean, new, and spacious. Very relaxing. Of the 3 days I went, my friend and I had the place to ourselves 2 of those days. The indoor onsen was a little too hot, but the outdoor one was good. Room - we had the Superior (Japanese Western) Family Room and it was perfect for our family of 3. 12yo on the top bunk and mom and dad on the bottom. Laundry - there are coin washers and dryers on the 2nd floor. The wash took about 30 min but even after an hour, the clothes weren’t dry so be prepared for it to take some time.

&Here had amazing amenities and friendly staff. Our room was very spacious and was able to accommodate our family with infants really well. The ohayo bento breakfast was filling and very convenient to get in the morning. We liked that we didn’t have to request it ahead of time. We only ran into one hiccup about payment for an amenity.

We’re a family of four and stayed at the deluxe family room which was big enough for us plus we had a very nice view of Ueno Park. Room and bathroom was clean and there are free toiletries by the reception. Staff are friendly and helpful. I specially love that the location is so close to the station. Highly recommended!

Can't say enough about the staffs. I caught the flu and the staff at the front desk called around for me without me asking and were able to find an doctor for me on a Sunday morning. My daughter and I were out of change the the washing machine and the same staff able to get us change without asking again. I were not able to get her name. It is the employee like this to make your hotel great, and I will def be a future repeat customer.

Hotel located at a quiet street which is near a beautiful park. Our room is spacious and comfortable with nice park views. However, you can just have a few minutes walk to reach the convenience store, shops, subway , restaurants and department store. It's definitely a good choice to stay.

Enjoyed our stay
We were in the basic twin room and it is was pretty small. I had to jump into my bed. Earlier we stayed in a larger room here with kitchenette which was amazing, but of course more expensive. This is a new hotel in a lovely location across from Ueno Park. Wr enjoyed the cheerful vibe in the lobby. There are laundry machines and a spacious onsen (sento) which was often empty when we used it. Good amenities and helpful staff. They kept a bag for over two weeks between our stays there.
