It was extremely hot and my air conditioner did not work. We informed the front desk staff and they sent someone to fix it the next day a the most inconvenient time. They gave us fans and we told them we will make due with the fans and that we wanted the maintenance man to leave after him being there for over an hour, because my children had just come back from the pool and needed to shower and sleep. He did not leave and was there for another hour. I have to bath and put my children to sleep with him there and the room door wide open.

The Lawson convenience store is fantastic. We ate a lot of food from Lawson. Lawson has an ATM that accepts Visa and Mastercard. The rooms are big. The ocean view was gorgeous. The monorail is across the street. The airport limousine bus was perfect. I am excited to stay at this hotel again.

I liked that there was a Lawson right inside the premises. I don't like how you also have to pay for breakfast, though. I feel that should be included, given the price of the room. I also didn't know that it had to be paid for prior to our stay, otherwise I would have paid for it in advance.

Super hotel. We had an ocean view family room with magic theme. Spacious and comfortable. Great buffet breakfast and evening (no bargain but good quality). Lovely outdoor pool perfect to refresh after day in heat of disneyland (2000Y /person). Helpful staff helped advise on booking facilities and taxi to airport. Minor criticisms- There was some overnight noise from motor cycles revving and racing along waterfront in front of hotel. Bathroom was functional with good shower but not most modern. The airport shuttlebus didn't work for us as only a few went to Haneda terminal 3, but they helped us book a taxi which worked well.

Very good location specifically if you plan to go to Disney Tokyo. The train stop to the parks is just right across the street and there is a free hotel shuttle that will take you to the station and back. The rooms were nicely themed which our 6 year old was thrilled with. The condition of the room is good but you can tell it needs some touching up.

Great service. It’s almost as if they have thought of everything. Stepping stools for kids, pajamas, toiletries. Only downside is having to pay to use the pool!

When we shared pictures of our stay at this hotel, people thought we were at the Disneyland hotel. The rooms are awesome! They have some really nice touches like little letters for the kids and lots of amenities. We absolutely love this hotel and will be back again.

The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond. The executive lounge was lovely. It was too hard to get into the pools and BBQ area, which was disappointing as it should be all inclusive.
