We stayed here for 4 nights. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had sufficient space for 2 adults with 2 large luggages. Location is convenient with lots of dining options around and short walk to Shinjuku station. Despite being in the red light distract we always felt safe and would stay here again.

Very modern hotel and great staff. FYI - we didn't realise this until we got there but this part of Shinjuku is the red light district. It's not the best location if travelling with little ones. Still safe to walk around at night, etc but a lot of solicitation and signs in the area that aren't suitable for kits.

Couldn’t have picked a better location. Within walking distance to so many great restaurants, shopping and the Shinjuku Station. The rooms are quite small, but they are exactly what was expected based on the room description. Our only cons were the beds were very firm (fine for a night or two, but was hard on the body after 4 nights) and the laundry machine did not dry our clothes very well (not a huge deal, just air dried them in the room). Overall, great stay. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Near to station,so quite accessible for public transport. The area quite lively & crowded until late night. Quite safe and mostly everywhere in Japan. Buffer breakfast was good and staffs are nice.
