AC didn’t work when we got there. Spent an hour from front desk to get it fixed. Maybe it is just so so weak.
I had a three-bed room. There is literally no space to stand or put our suitcases. We can only open one suitcase at a time and everyone has to jump onto the bed for the suitcase to fully opened. It is even smaller than the cruise stateroom.
No laundry available.
Convenient location and lots of food options. Close to stations and Ginza six. A small donki is just a block away.
Not good and not bad either, but I won’t choose the same hotel for my stay next time.
The bathroom is not clean . False advertisement as the room is small and looks run down. The location is excellent as it it close to everything . Won’t book or recommend this to any other unless management improves all their cleaning and room maintenance .

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The room is very small, and room facilities are old.
Pay attention to the room size. The king sized bed was about 2 feet narrower than the room itself. Also pay attention to the details. They try to get a better eco rating by not changing sheets or cleaning the bathrooms. They only provide fresh towels and empty the trash. They don’t even make the bed with the dirty sheets. The bathroom was small and dated. Every thing about the hotel seemed older and not up to modern standards. Given the ease of moving around the city with walking, subways, etc. the next trip will not be staying in the GINZA area. There are many more reasonably priced options for hotels and restaurants in other areas of the city such as Shibuya and Shinjuku. If you plan on only shopping in the luxury stores and money is no concern then GINZA is fine however this would not be the recommended hotel.
