Good stay
Time: end of October. Things we did not anticipate: 1) the washroom is older. It is older than the ones in the hotel gracery in Shinjuku. 2) There was a constant smell outside the hotel. This does not affect the stay. 3) The room is small, no space to have two carryon luggages open at the same time. The bed size is double. Things that are great: it was surprisingly quiet in the room, which is the most important thing; with no room cleaning, hotel would leave a bag of towels outside the room, which is quite thoughtful.

It’s a great location however the property is dated. Not a 4 stars hotel maybe 2 stars! The mattress is old and hard, the bathroom is very very dated. The hotel doesn’t even bother changing a new shower curtain! Very gross indeed!

Like: breakfast very good. Staff helpful. Didn’t like: room had mattress on floor for bedding. Picture of room on website deceptive because it looks like a bed. DEFINITELY not suitable for disabilities. Big step up in room dangerous. Tub too deep for disabled to get in for shower. Limited shelf space.
