The staff were wonderful and it was very close to the station. My only real complaint was that the floor my room was on was half smoking and half non-smoking so the common area by the elevators was almost uninhabitable from the smoke smell. I dreaded every time I had to use the elevators.

This hotel was incredibly convenient as a home base for exploring central Tokyo for a week. The station is across the street via the Metropolitan exit, and access from the airport was easy via the limousine bus service (the stop is just outside the main entrance). Front desk staff spoke English, and were courteous/efficient. The twin room was quite spacious, enough for 2 full size suitcases, and very quiet. We loved having coffee and water available in room every day. I’d stay here again.

We stayed 23rd level and sight from window was wonderful. We could see Mt. Fuji. Bathroom is bit small, but deep soaking tub and usual Japanese toilet, of course. Amenities are good. Breakfast was very good. Dinner was ok. Bear roast was tough. People working there was super nice and helpful.

I requested a non smoking room and my room smelled
My room smelled like smoke after requesting a non smoking room. Strong smoke. It was very small and the bathroom was not clean.
