The theme park shuttle bus to Maihama Station departs from the hotel at 8:10 AM, 8:35 AM, 9:10 AM, 9:35 AM, 10:10 AM, and 10:35 AM. The theme park shuttle bus departs from Maihama Station to the hotel at 9 PM, 9:30 PM, and 10 PM. Schedules are subject to change without notice.
The listed adult breakfast fee applies to guests aged 7 and older, and the child breakfast fee applies to guests aged 3-6. There is no breakfast fee for children 0-2.

This hotel is ok if you are just going to sleep and go to the park(s). The location is close enough to walk to the Tokyo Disney Sea entrance. But the Disneyland one is a bit further. It’s a 10 min walk to the Disney Ambassador Hotel and Ikspari. The hotel is pretty basic. I couldn’t handle the small space with 3 adults and 2 kids. There wasn’t enough space to fix my luggage. There was a stain on the bedsheet which wasn’t great. The bathroom was clean but definitely needed an upgrade. The breakfast was solid. Make sure to pay the day before for the breakfast for a small discount if you are interested in it. Not sure if I’d stay again but it does the job.

Wonderful hotel nearby Disneyland and DisneySea. Shuttle available for Disneyland, DisneySea in walking distance. Great breakfast options and staff were very helpful and English speaking. Staff also assisted me with finding a nearby airport Limousine to get back to Narita Airport. I had a wonderful stay here.

This is an ok property at an affordable price point. Walkable to Disney Sea but would recommend taking the shuttle to Tokyo Disney Resort. Our first night there, the towels had stains and boogers on them. Sheets had stain too. The property is dated but it’s not too bad. Best part of the room is the foot massage after a day of walking at Disney Parks.

Excellent location for Disney go-ers, walking distance from the parks and Ikspiari. We only stayed one night before checking into a Disney resort but would only recommend if you’re okay with small spaces. Smallest hotel room we’ve stayed at in our 6 trips to Tokyo but it did the job.

I stayed here for 3 nights in September as a solo traveller. I chose the hotel for proximity to the Tokyo Disney Parks. Disneysea was a 10min walk, for Disneyland i walked.to Disneysea and got the monorail. The hoteloffers a shuttle bus but I didn't try this as i wanted to leave earlier than the first bus. The nearest convenience store is 5 min walk away. The room was a good size, and was spacious and clean. The foot massger was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. I did notbhave the breakfast so can't comment on this. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Great place for a layover between Disneyland and outside of Disneyland area. Ok to stay for just a night but wouldn't do it for more than that. Shuttle service is what makes it worth the stay.
