We had a wonderful time in this property! It was in a safe and quiet environment. The staff was kind and accommodated to our late check in and dinning options that we needed. They offered a scheduled shuttle bus to DisneySea and Disneyland. In addition, they had informed us about the transportation options to the airport. Overall, we were taken care of properly and appreciate the staff and information given during our stay. We would recommend this location to our friends and family.

This is a great hotel if you are doing Tokyo Disney. It provides wonderful shuttle service. The hotel itself is not close to the main part of the city but they did a great job of helping us tourists get around, with non-stop free shuttles to Disney and the local subway station/shopping area. Every request we asked of them they assisted; more water, done, more blankets, done, daily cleaning done. And always with a smile. It is a lovely, kid friendly hotel, with reasonable prices. If you are going to Tokyo Disney, I highly recommend!

Staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English, which we don’t expect when traveling out of country. Room was very spacious for 4 adults and convenient to get to park using the shuttle or having the hotel staff call a taxi if really early. We also liked that they had an airport limousine bus available for Haneda and Narita. Overall great hotel.

Great quiet location that’s close in proximity to Disney. Extremely clean and spacious rooms. Hotel offered complimentary shuttle buses to Shin-Urayasu station and Disney. Would highly recommend for those visiting the Disney resort.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt in Tokyo and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel itself was fantastic—clean, modern, and with excellent service. The rooms were spacious, and the staff went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. However, one drawback was the lack of shopping and dining options within walking distance. While the area around the hotel was quiet and pleasant, we often found ourselves needing to take the bus to access restaurants and stores, which was a bit inconvenient. That said, if you’re looking for a high-quality hotel with great amenities and don’t mind commuting a bit for food or shopping, this is a great choice.
