The rooms are clean and spacious. I’ve cold AC perfect for the hot Tokyo summers and a lovely rooftop foot bath in the square as well as an onsen on site.

Easy access, 5mins walk from the nearest station. Newly built area. Cosy but very clean and felt new. Great view of the airport and the blue moon at night from my window. Didn’t get to try their big bath but the good shower in the room was nice and hot. I arrived at around 6.30pm and there were only about 4 different places open for dinner option. No convenient store nearby but a small drug store that had basic stuff. I took Chinese takeaway which run by Chinese family and it was super quick n decent. Morning shuttle was small (about 16ppl with luggage max) and was glad to take an earlier one. Tiny female driver was strong and sorting out luggage into the tiny space onto the seats so we can all fit in. only took about 10mins drive to the terminal 3. Overall I enjoyed staying here and I would definitely stay here again.
