This was the 2nd time staying at Keio and it won’t be the last. Incredible service by all staff. Room was always clean. The shuttle to Disney was very convenient and comfortable. It’s walkable to everything in Shinjuku including various train stops around and the main Shinjuku station. We stayed for 8 days, all perfect at Keio.

Great place to stay for our first visit to Tokyo. Very clean & comfortable with city views. We enjoyed the dining at the hotel, as well as, within easy walking distance. Also, the close proximity to the subway for exploring the city. Staff very helpful with recommendations, storing luggage, etc.

Good times in Tokyo
Excellent time in Tokyo at this hotel. In a good location in Shinjuku that’s far enough away but closer enough to be convenient. Breakfast was superb. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We slept great here. Solid location. Plenty around to do. A small gym good enough for a light workout with some small weights and cardio equipment. For such a large hotel I was pleasantly surprised but the quality.
