The staff were excellent as was the location. The breakfast was good too. The room was in need of updating. For example there were marks on the walls and the tub was peeling. It was clean though.

Nice hotel right next to the metro station and doing centre. Good location to get into Tokyo to start exploring. Amazing park 5 minutes walk away and well worth a walk round.

Comfortable and spacious!
The size of the room is spacious. It is clean and comfortable and restaurants are just steps away. It is very close to the train station too. We are satisfied for what we paid for.

This is a clean hotel conveniently located 3 minutes from Kichijoji station. The double room is small by Western standards but bigger than other Japanese hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff are friendly and polite and some can speak English. No breakfast included but there are lots of shops, combinis and a Starbucks close by.

Easy access to JR Kichijoji station. Wide variety of shopping and dining options. A bit of train noise from early morning, but not annoying. The traffic in front of the hotel is very heavy. Also, road is very tight so that small children needs extra cautions.

This is a "business hotel" made for business people to stay in expensively at a convenient location for transportation. Only a few minutes walk to the main train station. One can reach here by train, airport bus, taxi (about $100) The town around it has many many stores and restaurants that will take care of your needs.

Hotel staff were quick and helpful. Room was exactly what I needed and expected in Tokyo. Late checkout is available w/fee per hour rate. Area around the hotel was convenient. Awesome supermarket and bakery at the train station 5 mins walk away. Right around the corner from the supermarket is a craft beer pub and convenience store. Ichiran ramen is at the shopping street 10 mins walk and had some super delicious ramen!

Just slept and left. It is literally just a 3 minute walk from wear the airport shuttle from Handa drops you off. And a 3 minute walk to the station. Location, location, location!!!
