The hotel was incredibly stylist and close to Shibuya station. It was also very safe, which was important to me as a solo traveler. The staff were very friendly and despite the hotel being in the center of Shibuya the rooms were very quiet. I would stay here again!

Love this hotel!
Loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the amenities at this hotel are outstanding. The rooms themselves were very clean and newly updated, and a very functional space for two people. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything and just a ten minute walk from the station. Would definitely stay here again!

Very small but clean rooms, but this seems to be the standard for Japan. Clean, plenty of charging (we had 3 PD USB-C ports in the room and three or four plugs). EXCELLENT staff at the front desk that were VERY accommodating.

We stayed here for just one night and found the staff to be very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Shibuya, just a 5-minute walk from Shibuya Crossing. Considering the prime location, the price feels reasonable. The room is small, but this is typical for Tokyo unless you're willing to pay a premium.

Really enjoyed my stay! I didn't realize how central it is, so it was a pleasant surprise! Close to all the actions: shopping, public transit, Meiji Shinju Shrine, etc. The room wasn't very big but had everything I needed. The smart TV was a plus too. I didn't need the washer/dryer this time, but good to know they're available. Looking forward to returning!
