Great place to stay with families (close to 3 subway stations) and perfectly sized rooms. Cloud check in was simple and communication with staff via tablet was quick and responsive. Don't worry about the non staffed front desk, everything you need for the stay is made available in the room, in fact besides the check-in for the entire duration of my stay I didn't need to contact staff for any reason.

The hotel is neat and tidy. Everything is compact but most necessities are available, including a washing/drying machine which proved extremely useful for our week long stay. Also right next door to a Supermarket which is a HUGE convenience! Close to a couple train stations as well.

A comfortable stay
Our room was spacious and have anything we needed during our 6 nights’ stay. Have to walk within 6-8 min to nearby subway stations. It’s located in a residential area where is quiet and have grocery store just next door. A bonus for us to keep our luggage in the storage near reception before we left for airport after checkout. A good place to stay if you want to stay away from crowds.

The hotel was great, a bit small if you are a big family. There barely was anyone at the front desk but there was an iPad where you can communicate with someone live time so that was not bad, especially because they spoke English. The area was quiet & safe. Best part was there was a supermarket across the street & a 7 Eleven a few blocks up so that allows you to get snacks or even a meal! Now as for cleanliness we did get the room neat but it was dusty. You do have to up keep the room because they don’t come every day to clean, throw out garbage or change towels. You can request it if you need clean towels or anything else & they are good in making it happen. I definitely recommend this place overall.

Stayed here for one week with my husband and young daughter. Quiet, residential location across the street from a discount grocery store. Lots of dining options on the main street a few blocks away. Room is spacious and well-equipped, including a washer-dryer that does it in one cycle, so you can set it for the day and come back to clean laundry. Walkable to two metro stations and one train station. My only complaint is that if you communicate with the hotel staff via LINE, your messages can be seen on the tablet at the front desk for everyone to see, so not very private. Otherwise would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great experience staying at Minn Nihonbashi. The communication with the hotel was incredible. Every time I had a question I just msgd and they answered promptly. Our room size was great for a family of 4. We had everything we needed. Subway was only a few minute walk and plenty of 711’s and family marts around. The only thing I would say is I would have liked to get fresh towels more than once on our 10 night stay. Other than that, no complaints! Will stay here again!

I would still give this place another try
The room overall was accommodating; we are a family of 5 and there was sufficient room, not a lot, but just enough. There were no views to be seen from the windows as you're in downtown Tokyo surrounded by sky rises. With that being said, it's convenient to subway/train locations to connect to anywhere you need to get to. I took the train from this location to the airport for a fraction of the price which was extremely convenient. I had been in Japan for over a week at this point and it wasn't the most cleanest room it had a musky smell and when we were in the room, a couple of us had allergies flare up. Once we went to the outside, we were just fine. There is a grocery store less than a hundred hundred feet away, which because EXTREMELY convenient.
