Conveniently located for Gotanda station and the Yamanote line, Rooms are a reasonable size and the air-conditioning works well. The bed is comfortable and the shower also works well with plenty of hot water at a good pressure. Breakfast is very expensive but not compulsory so we buy food from the nearby Tokyu supermarket or the convenience store.

We liked pretty much everything. We didn't try breakfast as we though it too expensive but there's a Lawson convenience store next to the hotel so no problem. Plenty of restaurants in the area too. Very close to Gotanda station. The only slight negative is that the air conditioning has to either cool or heat; so if it's too cool you have to set it to heat and vice versa. We like it cold at night so set it to cool, but to get the temperature back up for the morning we would have had to change the setting to "heat". We simply switched it off instead. This is quite often the case with Japanese air conditioners, but it could be better.
