Hotel staff spoke English and were so helpful. We also had a variety of breakfast food at the buffet which I recommend since breakfast restaurants are not plentiful in Japan. The hotel was by a stadium and transportation to different parts of a Tokyo was a short train ride away.
Rooms were clean and bathrooms had many amenities like disposable toothbrushes, hairbrushes and toothpaste. A spa was also available.
This has to be one of the best coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed on. It doesn’t allow you to spread out your luggage as much but if you’re neat and organized, you can make it happen.
Amenities were great. Room was so clean. I would reserve a room again if I visit Japan.
The rooms are spacious, super clean and nice amenities. It was nice that they have a bath tub in the room! Would love to visit here again next japan trip :)
My first time staying at this hotel. Generally good overall location and amenities. I just wish the room was a bit bigger and it didn’t smell like an old lady’s home.
This hotel is close to the Gaeinmmae station (Ginza line) - 7 minute walk, safe neighborhood close to shops and Shibuya station. It also has a Food Mart on the ground floor where you can get food and a great Stadium Cafe restaurant where they serve fresh breakfast and lunch menu. The room is spacious enough and the cleaners are very polite. They also have a washing machine on the 10th floor so you can use your coins to wash your clothes! Overall outstanding hotel in my opinion and I recommend this!

This property was great. We were on the top floor and had beautiful views across Tokyo and the surrounding Olympic Stadiums. The facilities, including the ofuro (Japanese style bath) was very modern and clean. The only downside was the local eating options. You had to walk close to the station that was about 10 minutes away to find restaurants.
This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. The room I stayed in was much smaller than the first time, but still comfortable, and fine for a solo traveler. I like the view out of the window at this hotel, because it shows a baseball stadium. Unfortunately, this visit, baseball season had ended up, but last time I could see the players practicing in the morning out my window. It is also convenient to walk into Shibuya or Harajuku from here. Most likely I will look to stay here again the next time I am in Tokyo.
The hotel is very good and in a great location. Walking distance to many places and easy access to public transportation. The view of the baseball stadium is fantastic and the on-sen in premise was A+!!!
I stayed at Nippon Seinenkan Hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed it very much. The room size is bigger than average by Japan’s standard. Lobby is on the 9 floor overlooking the stadium yet you don’t get the noise from there.
Facilities were clean and well-maintained. There’s an indoor onsen, with one bubble bath, hot and cold bath which I used it twice a day.
Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and they greet you with a smile when you walk past the lobby area. Simple act like this makes you feel welcomed.
Location wise, the nearest stations are Gaiemmae ( 8 min walk) and Sendagaya (15 min walk) so if you are carrying a lot of luggages, it might be a little far but the stretch of road is usually quite empty and flat, making walking easier.
All in all, considering the price paid, I think it is value for money and I will book again when I visit Tokyo in future.
