Location was excellent (next to Skytree metro which is super easy to find for first time travelers and also Skytree bus service making it very easy to get to & from Haneda airport), helpful staff, good air conditioning in rooms, clean pleasant overall

The room was too small. No place to store your clothes. No place to put your luggage. Two of can not walk past each other. Next time we will book the larger room. Location is perfect. 10 minute walk to SkytTree. Many awesome restaurants just out the front door of the hotel. Nice view of the SkyTree tower from the roof top of this hotel.

Great location in a semi-quiet area. Everything was close by including Tokyo Skytree and the station nearby. I stayed for the rooftop alone and it was very worth it as it had amazing views and there were hardly any people up there. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The beds were firm. I am used to firmer mattresses but if you’re not, i recommend getting a mattress topper. Overall, great stay.

Hotel is just ok. I liked the rooftop terrace where you can see the Tokyo Skytree in all its glory. I liked that it is a walkable distance to the train station. What I don’t like is the breakfast. I paid $30 per person for a breakfast and was only offered miso soup, which was odd. You also needed to put a key card in a slot near the door in order to power the room, including the AC, which resulted in our room being super hot when we arrived. I don’t think I would return.

We had a great time and the hotel is really good. The room is very modern and spacious. The staff are friendly but don’t seem to know much about the neighbourhood as to restaurants. We would love to come back again.

Spectacular views, clean rooms, and great location
Comfortable rooms, lovely views, and friendly staff characterise this hotel. The location is amazing too - only a five.minute walk to Tokyo Skytree. The views are fantastic and the rooftop viewing area is spectacular. Its near to many grocery and convenince stores and dining options.

Nice affordable hotel close to Skytree and the station. Easy to get to and from the airport. The room size is decent, everything in the room works well. Has a rooftop with a nice view. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars around
