This is my second stay with Park Hotel Tokyo, and my stay with them was just as nice as last time. I stayed in the Tokyo Tower room, which also had a view of My Fuji on clear days. If nothing else, it’s worth the price to wake up and come back to that view. The staff was also friendly, and remembered me from my last time there, which was a pleasant surprise. I never tried their dinner, but breakfast was good. There’s a FamilyMart right next to the hotel, which was nice to stop at on your way back to the hotel and pick up dinner. Shiodome Station right next to/below the hotel, and I used that station very often in my travels. If I could critique one aspect of the hotel, it’s that there were marks/scrapes on the wall, and I could see stains on the carpet. Neither of those bothered me personally, and the pros outweigh the cons, but it’s worth noting. Overall, I love Park Hotel Tokyo, and it honestly feels like home away from home. Whenever my next trip to Japan will be, I’ll be sure to stay here.

Very central for first time visitors to Japan, fabulous breakfast, beds were comfortable as was the room overall very pleasant. Of course the whole team were friendly, very helpful and keen to assist with every question, arranged forwarding our luggage with ease. Lovely place to stay and learn you way around Tokyo, get to Disney

The artistic atmosphere was great! Every floor from the 25th floor lobby has its own art gallery! Plus: The view from the lobby and room was tremendous- you can view the Tokyo Tower along with Mt. Fuji! One thing that could be improved was the cleanest of the bath curtain, it actually has pretty obvious stains on it. All in all, it’s a pretty great experience staying in the hotel.

Great staff. Good value for money rooms and facilities. However, worth noting It is surrounded by rail lines and even if you pick the side facing towards the water and away from the majority of the train lines it’s still very noticeable because the building is a triangle and there are still direct lines of sight to the heavy rail lines (Shinkansen and large commuter lines) on the quietest side of the building(even on the top floor). That said turn the air purifier on high and you’ll drown out the on and off train noises.

Excellent service and staff! Bathrooms were okay but the floor felt like thin gauge sheet metal so shook when stepped on. Rooms had great views but were tiny and it was a challenge to set out my large luggage.

My second stay within the week at this hotel was much improved. No issue with my reserved room and I was able to pre-select a preferred artist room. These rooms are not only original and artistic, but also more renovated. The view of Tokyo Tower and Mt Fuji was lovely. Quite a different experience staying in these rooms. What’s more distinct was the services - the staff came across friendly and professional. Also enjoyed the welcome drinks at the bar which I missed the first time due to time spending on sorting out the room issues. Great location. Overall, this hotel could be lovely if they could maintain its service standard.

My first stay at this hotel was disappointing. The hotel was not able to offer the room on the floor that was in the reservation. What was truly shocking though was that the front desk assistant manager acted arrogantly and didn’t care to apologize for the inconvenience and the inability to fulfill the confirmed room per reservation. His attitude only changed when I inquired about speaking with someone else. Eventually, I was transferred to a room on a higher floor the following day. Btw, it does make a difference which floor you stay on. When you are ABOVE the 26th floor, you can see Mt. Fuji on a clear day. So when your reservation entitles you to a higher floor, don’t let it slip if they don’t keep up the promise and bully their customers.

The staff and service are outstanding and the hotel is beautiful with interesting artwork and displays. Rooms are cozy and clean but in need of a minor update. Location is fantastic as it is right on a major train station and steps away from restaurants and shops.

We found the park hotel, very convenient and comfortable. It was close to major metro stations and offered dining options nearby. We were able to walk to the gun shopping area, which was very convenient and although the hotel is located in a busy business district once inside things were very quiet And pleasant. We appreciated the free coffee, cappuccino, and tea, and enjoyed having the option of having a glass of beer or wine at a reasonable price.

It was great to see all the great art every night as you went to your room. It was a 10-minute walk to the Ginza line through the underground. The room was spacious and the views from the high floors were stupendous, there was no need to go to Tokyo Tower for the views of the city as we had a similar view from our room.
