Great Location Cleanliness

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the train station, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking for easy access to transportation. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, great location, and excellent service. It’s a perfect choice for both short and long stays!

I booked a single room and I think I didn't look at the right pictures. The room worked for ONE person. Even a couple would have had a hard time finding space for their luggage and each other. There was enough room to open one suitcase and keep the other (closed) at the gap between the foot of the bed and the wall. Location-wise, it was in a quiet area in Ginza. Never felt unsafe walking back from the very nearby subway station. Lots of dining areas nearby, but the restaurants close early. If you are looking for something near the action, this isn't the hotel for you. But if you are looking for a quiet, safe and clean hotel and can deal with being in a walk-in closet for a few days, this is a good value for what you pay!

Perfect hotel for the price

Exactly what I expected in a Tokyo hotel. Small room but spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 young kids. Felt very clean and modern. Great location close to metro access and food for the price paid!

For Tokyo it is sufficient. Rooms are small but that is standard for Tokyo. Nothing glamorous but it’s very clean, staff is fantastic and good location, especially for high end shopping

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. General access level and guest floors were seperated which made it feel safer. Rooms were big and spacious to fit two large luggages with extra space for a sofa. Location was a few extra minutes walk to bigger shopping areas and not many convenient stores around but close to a station. Overall great hotel

Our initial room was next to someone smoking in their room. The first few days we were miserable with having to smell cigarettes and when we opened the window you just smell smoke from outside. The reception lady was awesome and moved us. She was great!

Overpriced

Extremely overpriced TINY room. No room to move around the bed to get to the window (had to climb over bed to open blind). No room to pull out chair in order to sit at table in room. Please note I am small, even by Japanese standards. The room was tiny. Definitely not worry 200 euro per night. I could hear people next door too.
