It’s 2 min walking distance from the JR Ryogoku station; don’t get confused with the subway station which is about ~12 min on feet and somewhat still durable with luggages. There are many dining options on the side street of the hotel. The room is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast which has a decent selection of western and Japanese dishes. Would come back if given the chance.

Nice stay in Ryogoku
Location, room, and pricing were wonderful. However, tub and sink drain was slow but did not deter our stay. Will book again in the future.

Pros: close to local train line, and nearby attractions like skytree, akihabara, and sensoji. Lots of good restaurants around the block. Cons: did not provide luggage delivery services, limited english. Can be noisy due to train station.

The hotel staff were kind and spoke English. Our room (a 2 bed) was clean and more spacious than we expected at first glance (though it didn't have any kind of storage which was a bit of a pain). The AC in our room was able to keep it cool in the hot and humid weather, which was a massive help. Right next to the hotel is the Ryogoku station, a FamilyMart (where you can use the international ATM), and there's a McDonalds right across the street in case you suddenly want to eat American French Fries while in Japan (they tasted the same as at home). Overall, it was a great week long stay!

Basically beside the Ryogoku station on the local Chuo line, and within a ten minute walk of two billion chankonabe restaurants. This is the hotel to stay in if you like sumo, or if you just like the area. Very foreigner friendly as well.
