We loved staying at this hotel. The check-in was quick and easy. We rented a couple towels for just 100 yen each. We were worried when we first arrived because the room was super hot but when we cranked up the AC it cooled right down. The hallways are not air conditioned but that wasn't a big deal. We loved spending each morning eating some of the included toast and jam in the cafe and planning our day. The hotel was very close to the Jimbocho station which has multiple subway lines and is in the center of Tokyo so very convenient to get anywhere.

The property was very well located, and very affordable. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Only caveat is that our room was quite small for the 5 people we were, and that the AC wasn't the best (it was very hot when we were there). Other than that, this hotel is fantastic value. I definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay in Tokyo.

Beds are very squeaky and noisy at night, also the bathrooms are a little smelly. However the staff are excellent and friendly, the free breakfast is great and it’s got a fantastic location not far from the most popular areas of Tokyo by public transit. Despite the minor inconveniences I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here at the very beginning and very end of our stay in Japan. We ended up having to check in a day late due to a plane delay, but we were able to message the front desk and they agreed to hold our room (there is usually a 2-day minimum stay). The cafe on site is comfortable and the offered drinks are great for when you need a pick-me-up. We did not order from the cafe for food. Breakfast is toast w/ toppings and soup. It's not a lot, but it's nice to have. The rooms are small, but the beds are comfy and I didn't notice any loud neighbors. We were right across from the showers both stays which was great. The on-site laundry is in the basement and I used that early one morning (300Y for washer and 100Y/30min on dryer). Staff spoke good English and was happy to help with whatever small questions we had. Neighborhood was quiet and very close to a station and plenty of food options. We got curry late one night and conveyor belt sushi another.

Literally the perfect place, it’s very chill and the staff is friendly.. Breakfast is included but be reasonable, it’s not America their not gonna give you a buffet. Overall I very much plan to stay here again, because I can not name one thing wrong with this Hotel/Hostel

The location was great, I enjoy having my own bed, but wish there was an option for a bigger bed for my wife and I. We slept on a bunk bed, one on top, one at the bottom. Shower and restroom were shared outside in the hallway, but everyone kept it clean.
