This hotel is a great value for money. Perfect location, modern and comfortable room, great amenities - really top notch. The hotel is on top of a shopping mall and you can see Shibuya Sky from some rooms. Coffee in the cafe in the lobby is world class too. 2 things just fyi to set your expectations further: the staff speaks little to no English as usual in Japan, so use Google translate as everywhere....they also can't call you a cab since they don't have a parking (important if you go to an airport/train station, but you can use GoTaxi app or Uber)

Absolutely a must if you are visiting Shibuya! Toilets in the room give off a strange, very unpleasant odor. The restaurant is fabulous, beds are comfy and super convenient location for walking around Shibuya. Staff is very helpful.

To be honest you cant complain for the price. The location is perfect and you are within a 10min walk from shibuya crossing. Only knocked 1 star off because the beds were very hard and the pillows were sort of a beanbag type so i did not sleep well. Also, the rooms are VERY small, manageable for a solo traveller but you can literally touch the toilet from your bed.

Excellent location, next to lots of shopping areas and walking distance to Omotesando and harajuku. Brand new build so everything was brand new and felt clean. Would highly highly recommend and stay here again!

Trains going past are noisy and can be heard in room. No amenities in room but some are available on 4th floor. No tea or coffee in room. Lengthy check in process.

We had 5 rooms all on the railroad side and had noise until they stopped running for the evening and heard them as soon as they started again in the morning. An odd feature was each room had a kettle and cups but no tea or coffee. At first we thought by they’d be down with the amenities on level 4 but they weren’t. The train noise would prevent me from wanting to stay again plus the distance from the station.

I had a room on the railroad side on the 13th floor. I heard every train that came past. The hotel is modern but other than that one good feature I wouldn’t stay again due to the train noise. Check in was on iPads on the 4th floor which required so much information that check in was slow. I felt they asked Shibuya which was not required. It’s quite a walk from Shibuya station also.
