This hotel offers good selection of personal care and skin care products for their guests. It smells like lemon grass so refreshing, covers you from head to toes, this is a plus … the location has few convenient stores nearby which is great for guests to just walks down the room n get necessities… the only down side was the bathroom and room size was a bit smaller compare to photos from website….

My friends and I had a great stay at Shiba Park Hotel in Tokyo. The location is very convenient - from the hotel, it is a short walk to both Shiba Park,Tokyo Tower and Hamamatsuchō Station - which is just a short monorail ride to Haneda International Airport. The neighborhood is very calm and relaxed and was a good entry point for us to get acquainted with Tokyo at the beginning of our trip. I wouldn't say this area is as lively as other parts of Tokyo such as Shibuya, Shinjuku or Asakusa but given the peaceful nature of the area, I would recommend it at either the beginning or end of your trip to Tokyo. The Hotel itself was very nice and had a cool vintage charm to it, having a library theme there was lots of cool books on display and cool lounge playing Jazz music. They offered coffee and Alcoholic drinks in the lobby which was nice as well. Our room was on the small side but on par with what you will find in a lot of hotels in Japan so that is to be expected. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The staff were very polite, friendly and the customer service was exceptional. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at Shiba Park Hotel and would definitely recommend it to any visitors to Tokyo, especially if you are flying in or out of Haneda Airport.

The hotel was well appointed with extra supplies such as tooth paste, tooth brush, razor, hair ties, facial cleansing kit, slippers, all available in your room. The hotel is very close to the subway station and shopping district, abd the staff are very helpful. A great experience.

We had a great 3 night stay. Staff were welcoming and our room was spacious, even with a cot in the room. The toiletries provided are excellent quality. There are laundry facilities at the hotel, however, they were constantly being used so it was difficult to find an opportunity to do our laundry. The hotel is close to a couple of different train lines and it is easy and quick to get to Tokyo station but it may not be convenient if you are wanting a base to visit areas like Shibuya and Shinjuku. The hotel is in a quiet location with lots of food options nearby. It is also a short walk to Shiba Park and Tokyo Tower.

Top notch service - staff was attentive and even helped me cancel a restaurant reservation we weren’t going to make. The neighborhood is accessible but kind of tucked away and quiet and really feels like coming home after a long day of traveling. The amenities in rooms were wonderful and loved the library theme of the hotel. TVs had access to streaming which was a plus.

Great base location if you do not want to be in the hub of traffic and sounds. Hotel is catered to international travels with majority of English speaking staff. Staff was flexible and easy to accommodate needs including shipping our luggages to the next accommodation. Supplies and fatigues were eco friendly. If you stay more than 3 days then your room will be cleaned on 3rd day (but you can request clean up any time). If you plan to wash your clothes, the washer and dryer might not dry your clothes enough. Also elevator is sometimes very slow. Otherwise, perfect location, safe, and clean.

Excellent staff and service!
Amazing staff, very responsive. Hotel room was pretty spacious from what I've heard about other hotels. We never ate at the restaurant, but heard it has a high chair. We had a crib provided in our room and blackout curtains, helpful for our 10 month. We enjoyed the location since it was not as busy as others and actually had a good variety of restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.
