Clean and Conveniently Located to Shinagawa Statio
The Shinagawa Tobu Hotel is a short walk from Shinagawa and fairly easy to find, being a straight walk up the road. The hotel was clean, had a lounge with coffee and tea, and the rooms had amenities such as toothbrushes, etc. The room configured for three beds is small, but not unreasonably so for Tokyo. There is not much (such as restaurants or convenience stores) around the immediate area, but there were options within a 5 minute walk, and Shinagawa Station is less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel. (Note that most of the shopping and dining is on the other side of the station). A bonus was that we were able to purchase discount tickets for Tokyo Skytree at the front desk.

Room was clean but a bit small for 3 people with 3 luggages. Close to transport, shops and restaurants. Lot of attractions near by. The only downside was needing to go uphill from station to the hotel. Not nice with luggages.

The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from shinagawa station so it's convenient. The rooms were comfortable but don't expect any views. The staff was excellent and we were able to store our luggage until the evening because our flight was not until 10p.

Room was clean, but a bit small for 3 people and 3 luggages. Going a bit uphill towards the hotel from Shinagawa station, not nice if having heavy luggages. Staff was nice and helpful.

Comfortable room. The pillows and bed are firm. We had to open the window to cool the room. Otherwise, very warm. Nice closet extra space at the entry which few hotels have.

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the station to take the Shinkansen. What really stood out was the tasty breakfast! They had a really good spread with lots of beverage options too. We also really appreciated the cold towels they had at the reception especially since we were there for some hotter days. I enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot more than I expected! It's a great place to stay especially if you're looking for something close to the station!
