This was my second time staying at the hotel after 28 years. I recall the dining area on the first (third?) floor is the same bland place. The food was fine for an overnight traveler. The staff was courteous. I hope some capital investment be made to make the place . For my room, located at the end of the hallway, the temperature was not controllable. I had to use the portable heater as the night temperature was pretty low on the 11th floor.

The staff were great. However, the rooms were dated, walls were dirty, and the bathrooms smelled like mold. House cleaning service and staff were great, just wished the rooms were updated. The bathrooms seemed as if it was a portable bathroom that was retrofitted into the rooms.

The room for two people was so small. It was hard to unpack our suitcases. Also, the lower part of our sink fell down and a staff member pushed it back in. It happened again and they gave us an option of changing rooms. However, it would be to a similar sized room so we decilined.

The hotel is located pretty close to the train station, its very safe and quiet. They offer a lot of amenities that are free for you to grab in the lobby and I liked how they give a free bottle of water per person for every night you stay. The only complaint that I have is that this hotel is fairly small (similar to all hotels in Tokyo) so I would only recommend one person per room, sharing a small space with another person was quite difficult for myself.

I stayed for one night. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was swift. I took N’EX from Narita airport to Shinjuku Station in the evening, the hotel is within walking distance. There are many restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast buffet was a little expensive.

About a ten minute walk from Shinjuku station, which takes you out of the craziness but is still convenient Rooms are not super small Comfortable Towels and water delivered each day with more amenities available

Room a bit small. Daily housekeeping don’t change used glasses or cups. They also don’t tidy washroom countertop, just change towels, refills stuffs, PJ and change bed. The room has a little fridge. They provide good quality skin care products as well as face mask. There is a 24hr Lawson in basement. Walk to shinjiku takes about 10-15min. Quiet location but the airport bus not as frequent. We end up taking the bus to shinjuku from narita then took the taxi to hotel. Another 8-1000 yen.
