Stayed on level 3 and the hallway smelled of cigarettes. The room itself was clean and quiet, but the air-conditioning unit really needs a clean and the air filter blew smoke-smelled air when turned on. It's not an ideal stay for non-smokers. The location is very close to public transport though.

This property has a very short walking distance from the train station. It also has one cafe with two restaurants and a beauty salon inside the building. It also has a vending machine with a microwave in the fourth floor and a Odín laundry in the second floor. They have a some staff that speak English. The property is clean and quiet. The food is delicious and inviting. The staff are friendly and hardworking.

After check out they were accommodating to hold our luggage so we can explore Tokyo before we had to leave to our next hotel destination. 10/10 I would come again & highly recommend booking here. The hotel itself is super convenient, right next to a Metro station. The rooms are nice and clean and the hotel is well kept. But what stands out for me from this trip is the service. We had sent luggage ahead with Yamato shipping because we'd heard nothing but good things about them. Somehow our luggage went missing which apparently is unheard of. The staff here went above and beyond to help us locate it. The missing luggage changed our plans for our last day in Tokyo, but they gave us a new room to keep for the day until we had to head to the airport. Based on this service that I have received here, I could not recommend this hotel enough.

Great acommodation for a short stay
Nice clean tidy hotel with great staff. Very handy to public transport and supermarkets - family mart and 7 eleven. seft service laundry. Quiet room although in a busy area. The only thing we found is the rooms are quite small and there is no luggage storage - your bags just sit in the room in the way of everything so it's a bit difficult with a family of 4 in a room. However we found it great for a few days stay when we were out most of the day.
