High rise hotel in central Tokyo with great views (lobby is on 19th floor with rooms above). Close to JR and subway stations making all main sights and areas easy to get to. Smallish rooms but that is to be expected in central Tokyo with large shower/bath area. Helpful staff.

Rooms smaller than picture illustrated. Convenient location to get around Tokyo. Had arranged late checkout (12pm instead of 11am) the night before and then they called when we were getting ready telling us we were late for checkout when we still had 30 min, which was very annoying and the person was not friendly.

We had a lovely time staying at the blossom HIBIYA. Hotel is very modern and clean. Hotel staff are all very friendly and willing to help with any requests and questions. Hotel is close to Tokyo station which is transportation hub including Shinkansen. Room is in good condition air con works well. Breakfast is amazing too. Highly recommended for anyone visits Tokyo.

Amazing. I loved this hotel. first off, the hotel itself is gorgeous. Rooms are clean and beautiful. And the lobby starts on the 18th floor. so all rooms have an amazing view of the city. But the reason for this review is more about the staff. The staff were AMAZING. We had an issue with our uber eats order not being delivered to the hotel. when we called the restaurant they didn’t speak any english. I asked the front desk to help us, and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They really did not have to give the effort that they did. It’s not their job to fix my mistake. but they did. and i was so grateful. I didn’t catch their names, but one of them i believed to be a manager. Regardless, they were amazing. If i’m ever in tokyo, i will ONLY stay at the blossom hibiya.

Excellent view, room clean and comfortable, size decent for open the suitcase. Bathroom dry wet separate. Breakfast is really nice. Hotel location is very close to convince stores and subway station. Close to everything but in a quiet location. Super recommended!
