Don’t expect any Japanese hospitality, here not a great place for families. After visiting multiple hotels and air b&bs during our Japan trip. This hotel was underwhelming. Bathroom floor wasn’t the greatest. All this hotel has going for them is the view.

location: slightly out of the way but it’s nice and quiet for those who want to unwind after a long day. lawson, 7-11, family mart and mini stop are all situated close to the hotel, train stations are a few minutes’ walk away. food options are aplenty, and you can do plenty of shopping in ginza room: clean and spacious enough, housekeeping is great, offers amazing views of the city especially at night. amenities provided are top notch, expected of hotels in japan

The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly, especially 九木田，she is wonderful and excellent. The breakfast buffet is impressive with lots of varieties. We can taste authentic Japanese food. The location of this hotel is very convenient, five minutes walk to 新橋站。

Awesome hotel, it has chrome cast so you can play Netflix or whatever you want at night time. The only cons with this room is the room was a bit small for two suitcases and the bed wasn’t very comfortable, but the view from the room was amazing and the lobby made you feel very at home.

Great stay, I can’t complain. The only thing that washer and dryer combo sucks. Had to put more time to dry my clothes and they don’t have many washer/ dryers. The beds are not comfortable and the pillows suck
